Dr Andreana Drencheva

Back to staff list

Andreana is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of Sheffield. Her research focuses on how entrepreneurs seek feedback, involve stakeholders, establish formal and informal governance processes, and design methods for social change. She is also interested in the context within which social entrepreneurship occurs – the dynamics of how context (e.g. different dimensions of culture) influences social ventures and how social ventures change their context. She collaborates with support organisations to co-create services, programmes, and tools for (potential) social entrepreneurs – particularly focusing on catalysing social change, leading and scaling social ventures, and avoiding mission drift.
