Through its second research funding call, SIID has awarded a further £28k to a diverse range of seedcorn projects across the University. The purpose of the call was to stimulate high-quality, collaborative interdisciplinary research and discussion, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, potential for journal publication and the exploration of new and experimental areas of research.

Projects funded include an Impact Fellowship position, Post Doctoral Research Assistants, a literature review and interviews with NGOs.

A further SIID call, with a closing date of the 2nd May, is seeking proposals for symposia/ seminar series focussing on International Development.

Please contact Ruth Wilson if you wish to find out more about funded projects or the May call.
