We are seeking two post-doctoral researchers with an interest in biodiversity, conservation and security issues to join our new ERC-funded project Biodiversity and Security: Understanding environmental crime, illegal wildlife trade and threat finance, led by Professor Rosaleen Duffy in the Department of Politics, University of Sheffield.

The roles run for 3 years, from September 2017 until August 2020, and are based in Sheffield with the opportunity to carry out international fieldwork. The successful candidates will examine the growing intersections between biodiversity and security, particularly around the illegal wildlife trade.
